I am hoping you are able to help me.

I am doing my budgets for learning and development and need to hire  someone to help with our Elearning development.

We required someone with flash skills, possibly articulate suite, some instructional design , script writing and audio editing skills.

What would a person with say 1 -2 years experience in this line of work be worth?
