I'm looking to make contact with external firms (training providers/consultancy groups etc) who have a demonstrated track record in working with organisations to take statements of Organisational Values and Behaviours from the “glossy brochure” to deeply embedded day to day use at all levels. Specifically I want to talk with firms who have designed and delivered innovative/creative workshop based approaches engaging both leaders and staff in dialogue around the Values and Behaviours. Our desired outcome is that all leaders and staff will understand, be motivated by, and choose to act consistently with our Values and Behaviours.

Does anyone have first hand experience or can highly recommend anyone/s?

Hello

I am skilled in taking nebulous ideas and putting flesh and bones to them, including determining the right positioning given the competive landscape.  Moreover, I can help individuals and organisations think through how actions affect market responses.

Let me know if I can be of futher assistance.  My email is DaleEdwards@live.com.au

Hi, I have had significant experience in previous HR principal and current L & D roles in running sessions to identify the behaviours in a specific organisation that would represent both positive and negative enactment of a particucular value. These sessions are conducted in the context of how values interact with other elements that form the culture of the organisation. The behaviours have then been used as one aspect of performance reviews.

I can be contacted at:

Further to my earlier post  I would like to advise that I have worked within the religious services sector and have instructed religious education to adults and children, demonstrating how values are applied to practical and organisational settings.   Therefore, as a former religious professional I have had a lead role in applying values within a personal and corporate setting.

We are very keen to be considered as a potential partner to work with you. Our business is called Courageous Leaders and I think from the words you used in your descriptor that Leah Thode may have already spoken to you.

Please provide us with details about how best to respond to your request.

Kind regards Mandy Holloway

Hi - have a look at Walking the Talk. It's Carolyn Taylor's business - author of the book Walking the Talk - which is all about making values and behaviours stick through culture transformation. Clair T

I recommend Bravo Consulting (Melbourne).  Check their website bravoconsulting.com.au for details of their team, their specialisations and their approach to work.  Very professional and highly qualified, work within a consultative framework, not just delivering off-the-shelf solutions.

Hello

You may well have found someone by now but if not this is an area we have done extensive work in, including the development of organisational values and behaviours, the integration of these into organisational culture and the development of tools to incorporate these into the performance culture. If we can help in anyway please dont hesitate to contact us at hrees@frameworksforchange.com.au.

All the best with your work and the project.

Regards

Helen

Thanks for your posts. We'll be putting together a shortlist in the next few days before making any further contact.

It is worth noting that we will only be considering vendors who are able to service the Sydney region at no additional cost (e.g. consultant travel expenses).

Hi, I would highly recommend LN Consulting. Paul Saunders and Jeanine Browne. LN Consulting programs are based on positive psychology and neuro-leadership research which will give you the ‘embedding’ you require. They have over 15 years experience in this area, their programs are the most interactive, innovative, and creative I have seen. The link to their web site is below.
