| Position Description The successful consultant will be able relate to clients at a senior level. They need to be able to communicate in terms meaningful to clients. e.g. ROI. They will need to be able to tailor learning and performance solutions with internal facilitators and external clients. The need to be able to pitch consulting solutions. And if appropriate, they can facilitate these solutions, often with other facilitators. Similarly, it may sometimes be appropriate for them to coach clients. But as with all consulting firms, the challenge is to develop and maintain business. This is the priority for the role. |

| Applicant criteria • Vivid personal impact • Well developed, presentation & program delivery skills • Memorable presence and energy, and able to deal at senior corporate level to build skills, knowledge, process and mindset capabilities; • Experience working in a blue chip organisation and in a similar professional services consulting environment; • Solid experience in front-of-room group delivery and facilitation, for a diverse range of audiences; • Proven experience in attracting and retaining new blue chip clients; • Business acumen and a commercial approach, with a genuine interest in how organisations behave and improving business performance • Strong relationship management & networking skills • Exceptional organization, time management & prioritization skills • Experience as a seasoned senior business person, comfortable in your own skin • Comfortable working in a “hand-on” capacity • Lifestyle able to support a demanding role and growing career |
