ADVANCED FACILITATION SKILLS Designed for experienced trainers who want to extend existing skills and take their training effectiveness to the next level Are you finding that your learners rely on you for all the answers? Do you have difficulty managing the behaviour of some groups or individuals? Would you like to gain group involvement through structured games / activities? Many trainers begin their career developing the skills to deliver instruction in a learning environment but soon look for alternatives. They begin to move towards other structured learning activities that are more learner-centred but find the skills of instruction are quite different from the skills of facilitating these kinds of learning events.
