You can become an AITD member if you meet one of the following criteria:

Tertiary qualifications in learning and development or a related field; and/or

Employment in a role involved in learning and development, education, organisational development or a related field; and/or

A professional interest or active role in learning and development or a related field

Becoming a member of the AITD is a clear signal to clients, employers and peers that you are committed to maintaining and growing your professional relevance.
