Philippe Clement, FAITD
Philippe is the General Manager, Learning and Development for the Australian Training Alliance Group, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Philippe’s career in training, learning and development started over 20 years ago as a trainer and assessor before moving into workforce and organisational development roles. Working for national and international organisations, Philippe has gained considerable knowledge in the field of workforce development across a broad range of industries that demand high standards in challenging environments. With experience in understanding and assessing diverse workplace environments and their particular needs and restrictions, he is able to bring a broad and innovative perspective to strategy development and practical change implementation combined with the ability to work together with employees at all levels to build trust. He joined AITD in 2004.
Philippe has received numerous accolades for his work including:SA Training Awards Winner (2004); Australian National Training Authority Employer of the Year Award Winner (2004); Winner of the Individual Award at the Western Futures Business Partnership Awards (2008); and, Finalist of the Individual Achievement Award at the SA Health and Community Services Skills Board Awards (2008).
His qualifications include a Master of Education (Adult), a Graduate Certificate in Management, a Diploma in Business and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
