2011 National Learning and Development Index

Background
Survey participants (AITD members, AHRI members and Learning Seat client base) were asked to indicate the level of involvement in learning & development activities in their organisation or an organisation to which they consulted, and accordingly the survey results have been segmented to represent the split between internal and external practitioners.

The survey sought to determine who decision makers are within organisations in relation to budgets, formats and recipients of learning and development activities.
