Notice is given that the annual general meeting (AGM) of the members of the Australian Institute of Training and Development will be held on Thursday, 30 November 2023 at 6:00pm AEDT.

(6:00pm - Sydney/Melbourne; 5:30pm - Adelaide; 5:00pm - Brisbane; 3:00pm - Perth)

The business of the meeting will be as per the agenda accompanying this notice.

Registration

AITD is offering members eligible under the AITD constitution the opportunity to participate in proceedings of the AGM via Zoom. To attend, please register by 2:00pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 29 November.

Proxy Voting 

Members who are unable to attend the AGM may nominate another member to vote on their behalf by completing the below proxy form and returning it to ceo@aitd.com.au by 4:00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 28 November.
