We invite you to submit a speaker Expression of Interest for the AITD National Conference, taking place at Hotel Realm, Canberra from 28–30 April 2027.
Have you tackled an L&D challenge, tested a new approach or uncovered research that could help others? Under the theme Impact in the New Learning Landscape, we’re looking for practical experience, credible research and fresh perspectives that help L&D professionals strengthen their work.
Your session could explore an organisational initiative, a practical solution, an emerging development or research with real implications for L&D — if it’s made a difference, we want to hear about it.

We’re particularly interested in proposals covering:
• The Human Edge — facilitation, leadership, inclusion, learning culture and human capability
• The Tech Advantage — effective and responsible uses of AI and learning technologies
• Strategic Influence — aligning learning with organisational priorities and demonstrating impact
• Emerging Trends and Future Directions — developments shaping the future of the profession
We welcome case studies, interactive workshops, presentations, panels, lightning talks and research sessions. Tell us what participants will learn, how you will engage them and what they can take back into their own practice.
You don’t need to be a professional speaker or an AITD member. Practitioners, leaders, researchers, consultants and emerging voices from across sectors are encouraged to contribute.
