In his now infamous DisruptHR Talk We Suck @ Training, Clint Clarkson declared “We’ve dehumanised learning. We’ve taken one of the most exciting and natural human processes and ripped the life right out of it.” It’s a catchy opening, but what the heck does it mean? And, if we’ve dehumanised learning, how do we now rehumanise it.
