About Me
My experience in talent development and management has been gained through more than 20 years in key training and leadership roles with various organisations. My personal mantra is that 'leadership is a behaviour not a title'. I aim to empower people to help them reach their full potential.
I am a management professional with a broad experience base. I am dynamic, pro-active and have demonstrated success in leading and managing staff, training, coaching and mentoring. I have an excellent reputation for professionalism and competence. I thrive on the challenge to exceed goals and targets, whilst also delivering exceptional customer service. I lead by example and use a collaborative management style to inspire confidence in others. I value and respect each individuals contribution and believe that we are all "better together" through diversity of thoughts and skills.
