Passionate about sustaining people and care, Michelle Black, founder of Elegrow is an Organizational Development Consultant and Mental Health Professional with more than 20 years experience as a senior executive; Leading, developing and transforming people and their experiences for positive outcomes in the corporate, healthcare and education sectors, in addition to private practice.
Michelle has a Master of Counselling – Behaviour, a Grad. Cert. Corporate Management, Diploma in Neurological-behavioural Coaching and has completed training as a neurotherapist. Michelle is a registered ACA Counsellor, an Associate of the Neurofeedback International Academy, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, Certified Human Resources Professional and professional member of the Behaviour Coaching Institute. Michelle is the author of Ellie and the Sunflowers.
