David Kingdom
About Me
Lieutenant Commander Dave Kingdom joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1998, as an aviation technician. After spending 10 years maintaining and managing S-70B-2 Seahawk helicopter servicings at 816SQN, he moved from aircraft maintenance management into aviation-related technical training. In 2014, he further specialised in professional leadership and management training, where he has largely worked ever since.
Lieutenant Commander Kingdom holds a Bachelor Degree in Education, amongst other professional teaching and training qualifications, and is highly skilled in all aspects of analysis, development, delivery and evaluation of professional and technical training, including learning innovation, personal and flexible pathways and online delivery throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lieutenant Commander Kingdom is also a highly-specialised expert in martial arts, holding Military Self Defence and Krav Maga instructor certifications, and running his own successful business teaching reality-based and military style self defence.
