She has served in management and leadership roles in research and innovation, e-learning, industry engagement, change management and adult learning. She has partnered with public and private, large and small, well-established and greenfield organisations to create engaging programs that lead to sustainable practice.
As Director of GuideOnSide, Sandra works together with clients to develop business improvement and training solutions that are tailored to achieve operational and strategic goals. She works with managers and training specialists to authenticate organisational mandates, problems and opportunities, and to design, implement and evaluate training responses.
