Over the next 10 years, we will see a significant change in our workforce. By 2030, 10,000 baby boomers will be turning 65 and retiring per day, and Gen Z, those born between 1997 and 2012, will constitute 30% of the workforce.
And our demographics are changing with positive net migration projected over the next decade.
With the changing demographics, employers will need to change their employee value proposition to attract and retain top talent.
