During this session, you can expect a warm welcome from the AITD team, an overview of our offerings, and interactive activities to help you connect with fellow new members. We'll also feature insights from an experienced AITD member or facilitator and conclude with a Q&A session and networking opportunity.
Working Agenda:
1. Welcome and Introductions (5 minutes): Welcome new members and introduce the AITD team who will be leading the session. Ask new members to introduce themselves and share why they joined AITD.
2. Overview of AITD's Offerings (10 minutes): Provide an overview of AITD's courses, events, and resources (including member profile), and explain how they can benefit members. Chance to promote new or upcoming offerings.
3. Interactive Activity (10 minutes): Conduct an interactive activity that engages new members and allows them to get to know each other better. This could be a group discussion, breakout sessions, or a team-building activity.
4. Member or Facilitator Spotlight (5 minutes): Invite a current member to share their experience with AITD and how it has impacted their professional development, or we spotlight a member facilitator’s great work to inspire new members to make similar initiative.
5. Member profiles (10 minutes).
6. Q&A Session (10 minutes): Open the floor for questions from new members and address any feedback. Can help us to identify areas for improvement.
7. Networking (5 minutes): End the session with networking, allowing new members to connect with AITD team members and other members in attendance.
