Most L&D professionals have tried ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot. Far fewer use them well, day to day, for the work that matters. This hands-on course takes you past the basics into the practical applications of generative AI across the L&D cycle: identifying skills gaps, creating and personalising learning, generating assessments and feedback, and automating the administration that eats your week. You work with provided templates, prompts and guidelines, and you leave knowing where human oversight, accuracy and ethics come into play.
