The demand for more effective and compassionate behaviour will increase sixfold over the next three years. Now is the time to deepen your capacity to assess and develop this critical workplace capability by taking this successful, engaging program, designed by Genos International - the market leader in emotional intelligence.

Learning from internationally recognised experts who develop and apply emotional intelligence with Fortune 500 companies every day, learners undertaking this course will uncover the science of emotion.

Takeaways include how to determine which models and measures of emotional intelligence work best within different learning contexts. Additionally, learners will practice various emotional intelligence development exercises and will discover how to design and deliver engaging emotional intelligence development sessions for group learning.

As an optional - but very valuable - add-on, learners can also choose to undertake a 180-degree emotional intelligence assessment following the live online learning sessions (included in the cost of the course).

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • create the business case and establish return on investment gained from emotional intelligence learning programs
  • advise businesses as to the best-in-practice emotional intelligence assessments to use for development purposes
  • design and deliver emotional intelligence development sessions geared towards group learning
  • provide practical tools and techniques to individuals for applying emotional intelligence and becoming more emotionally intelligent in the workplace.

This course is ideal for learning and development professionals looking to design and facilitate emotional intelligence development sessions or for anyone who wants to expand their knowledge around emotional intelligence as a critical workplace capability.
