Notification of change of auditor name
Moore Stephens (NSW) changed its name to Byrons in 2023 and in that process, took on a new audit number. Therefore as per section 329 (5) of the Corporations Act, and the approval of ASIC, Moore Stephens (NSW) formally resigned as auditor and member approval has been sought to appoint Byrons. Approval from members took place at the past AGM and this notice is a further advice to members that the transition to Byrons is in place.
