Is this a course on how to use Zoom or Teams?
No. The course is about designing and facilitating effective live online learning, and the principles apply to any web-conferencing platform. You will see plenty of tools and techniques modelled during the day, but it is not technical training on a specific product. You need access to Zoom to attend.

How is the course delivered and how long does it take?
It is a one-day live online course, delivered via Zoom in four facilitated sessions between 9:30am and 4:30pm with a one-hour lunch break. Groups are capped at 12. You must attend all four sessions to receive your AITD certificate and digital badge. In-house delivery is also available for teams.
Who facilitates the course?
Cheryle Walker, a digital and future learning strategist who has designed and run virtual classrooms for organisations across Australia and facilitates several AITD courses. The facilitator for each date is shown on the event listing.
