The Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) is governed by a national Board of elected representatives made up from one member of each AITD Division and up to four co-opted Directors. Rules relating to the composition, powers and duties, and proceedings of the AITD board are outlined in the AITD Constitution and ByLaws.

Amy Martin AFAITD

Amy Martin is a seasoned expert in technology and learning, with over two decades of experience across vocational, higher education, government, and corporate sectors. Amy's expertise spans capability development, strategic leadership, innovation, and project management.
Ben Campbell MAITD
Company Secretary | CEO AITD
Ben has served on a number of not-for-profit boards and served as a CEO/Executive Director/General Manager reporting to a board for the past 10 years. His management experience encompasses banking, NFP, education, pharmaceutical (OTC), FMCG and consulting.
Brad Coumbe MAITD
Board Director | WA
Brad brings over eight years experience in a number L&D and OD roles, along with extensive leadership experience in frontline banking.
Mehri Doyle MAITD
Board Director | NSW
Mehri has over 20 years’ executive experience across learning, talent and organisational development in the public and private sectors. She brings strong governance capability and strategic insight, with deep expertise in capability frameworks, digital learning and workforce transformation.

Gerard has extensive experience in human resources management and workplace learning and development having worked in senior HR and OD/L&D roles in a number of organisations across several industries.
