Amy Martin is a seasoned expert in technology and learning, with over two decades of experience across vocational, higher education, government, and corporate sectors. Amy's expertise spans capability development, strategic leadership, innovation, and project management.  

Ben has served on a number of not-for-profit boards and served as a CEO/Executive Director/General Manager reporting to a board for the past 10 years. His management experience encompasses banking, NFP, education, pharmaceutical (OTC), FMCG and consulting. 

Trish is a CPA with over 17 years’ experience across the energy and Defence sectors, spanning financial, management and project accounting. She brings strong financial governance, risk management and strategic oversight capability to support AITD’s long-term sustainability.

Brad brings over eight years experience in a number L&D and OD roles, along with extensive leadership experience in frontline banking.

Mehri has over 20 years’ executive experience across learning, talent and organisational development in the public and private sectors. She brings strong governance capability and strategic insight, with deep expertise in capability frameworks, digital learning and workforce transformation.

Gerard has extensive experience in human resources management and workplace learning and development having worked in senior HR and OD/L&D roles in a number of organisations across several industries.  

Jana is CEO of a national Registered Training Organisation and brings extensive executive leadership experience across accredited training, workforce capability and regulatory governance. She offers strong expertise in compliance, strategic growth and future-focused learning systems.

Jessica has more than 15 years’ experience leading capability and learning initiatives across automotive, insurance, technology and healthcare sectors. She brings practical learning leadership, commercial acumen and a strong focus on governance, financial stewardship and sustainable outcomes.
