Associate fellow is one of the highest tiers of AITD Membership.
To become an associate fellow you must be able to:
- Demonstrate of significant contribution to the Learning and Development profession,
- Have at least five (5) years in Training, Learning and Development, or Organisational Development, and
- Have recognised undergraduate qualifications in Learning and Development or a related discipline; the minimum requirement is a degree (AQF Level 7) or the equivalent professional experience.
*Related disciplines are broad and may include:
- human resources
- organisational development
- talent development
- vocational education and training
- education
- adult education, and
- other emerging qualifications in related disciplines where a link to learning and development is evident.
Annual membership | $370 (incl. GST)
New member joining fee | $35 (incl. GST)
