    Presently the Senior Director of Talent and Development for Macmillan Publishers, Sonali has also worked with Samsung, McAfee and Dell. Recognition for Sonali includes being honoured as a 2024 CLO Learning in Practice Award winner and 2022 Power 100 honouree by Diversity Woman Magazine.

    Sonali is certified in Change Management, Hogan Assessment Systems, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Predictive Index, Professional Coaching and Insights Discovery. Additionally, Sonali is a certified EMT and volunteers time with her town’s Ambulance Corps.

  • Phillip Campbell – CEO, enigmaFIT & Cognitive Neuroscientist

    Phillip Campbell is a cognitive neuroscientist and CEO of enigmaFIT, an executive brain-coaching company.   • Luba Trost – Program Manager, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre

    Luba Trost is a strategic HR professional with a passion for enhancing employee engagement at every career stage.  Seventeen years of experience, along with training in psychology, research, and management consulting, have given her a distinct perspective on what differentiates top employers. She holds expertise in building positive workplace culture to optimize performance, foster innovation, and improve business outcomes.

    In her role as a Program Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), Luba takes a holistic approach to Work/Life through caregiver support, wellbeing initiatives and community building experiences. She designs programs that serve over 22,000 employees and recognize the difference that each role makes towards MSK’s mission, both on the battlefield of cancer care and behind the scenes. Luba has also served as an ATD NYC board advisor and lead various mentorship programs aimed at helping industry leaders improve the world of work.

    Luba holds a B.A. in Psychology from CUNY Hunter College and an M.S. in Organizational Development from Fordham University. She lives in New York City with her husband and their two-year-old son, with whom they are enjoying daily new adventures.

  • Jacqueline Menyhart – Leadership & Training Consultant

    Jacqueline is the CEO of Ethos CRS, a leading Australian L&D consultancy providing bespoke capability solutions to government. She has over 17 years experience advising on learning, leadership and organisational development across International, Commonwealth and State public sectors. She is an experienced facilitator, with particular expertise working with public sector leaders to develop their skills from emerging to executive leadership levels.

    Previously, Jacqueline practiced as a solicitor in prosecutions, international crime, and diversionary sentencing. Jacqueline has worked on a variety of development projects internationally in the UK, Thailand, Vietnam, Fiji and Cambodia. She holds an MA, LLB, BA, and is a graduate member of the AICD.

  • Facilitator: Morgean Hirt – Director of Credentialing, Association for Talent Development (ATD)

    As Director of Credentialing for the Association for Talent Development, Morgean Hirt is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the ATD Certification Institute and facilitated the development of the Talent Development Capability Model, Talent Development Career Pathways, and a variety of related interactive tools.  She has over thirty years of non-profit experience in professional certification, standard setting, and career development across a variety of professions. 

    As an Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP), Morgean has devoted her career to advancing professions through the establishment of competency frameworks and industry standards, including clinical research, massage therapy, charitable fundraisers, K-12 ed tech leaders, and healthcare information systems.  Morgean provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in developing and implementing competency models and credentialing programs, focusing on policy, research, and test development.
