AITD (Australian Institute of Training and Development) is leading a national research project titled:
Redefining Capability: What It Means to Be Ready in the Age of AI
This research explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the nature of work and what it means to be ready in a hybrid human-machine environment. It examines the capabilities individuals need to thrive, and how learning and organisational development (L&D/OD) professionals must evolve in response. We’re seeking expressions of interest from AITD members and the broader L&D community who are willing to contribute their experiences, insights, or examples of practice.
