As a seasoned People & Culture professional, Abbie has over 15 years’ experience Championing Culture Change and Driving Performance Excellence across a wide variety of industries including government, food and beverage, agriculture, education, and retail.
In her current role, as the Organisational Development Manager at Beaumont Tiles, Abbie supports and guide team members across Australia to realise their potential and to grow their careers, through personal and professional development.
Additionally, she is the National President and Non-Executive Director with the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD). As Chair of the Board, she provides leadership and strategic direction that ensures AITD has a sustainable business model in service of our members.
