Sarah Mateljan - Co-founder and CEO, LawCPD & GenLearn 

Sarah Mateljan is the co-founder and CEO of LawCPD and GenLearn, with a career dedicated to using technology to level the playing field in learning. She launched LawCPD in 2008 as the first company to offer online professional development to Australian lawyers, and more recently spearheaded the creation of the world’s first AI-led micro-lessons - recognised with multiple international awards.

Through GenLearn, Sarah is enabling anyone to embed AI-driven micro-lessons into online content. She has been recognised as a leader in AI and learning, receiving the 2024 AI Female Leader of the Year (SME) and Women in Technology WA Shining Star for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Vincent Mateljan - Cofounder & CFO, LawCPD & GenLearn 

Vince Mateljan is the co-founder and CFO of LawCPD and GenLearn, where he is pioneering the use of AI to transform online learning.

At LawCPD, he has helped build Australia’s most popular online platform for lawyers, while at GenLearn he is enabling organisations to create AI-led conversational lessons that embed interactive, scenario-based learning into courses. With a background in business and finance, Vince brings a sharp focus on innovation, leadership, and the practical application of technology to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. 

Brad Coumbe - Executive Manager Skilling Technology & Strategy, Commonwealth Bank 

Brad is Executive Manager Skilling Technology & Strategy at the Commonwealth Bank, where he leads the design and delivery of learning solutions that enhance leadership capability, sales, and service across business banking. With over two decades of experience spanning Bankwest and CBA, Brad has held senior roles in learning, leadership coaching, and business management.

He is passionate about enabling performance through innovative learning technologies, practical frameworks, and experiences that move minds, provoke thought, and inspire action. 

Josh Marshall - Cofounder & GM, Chaos Cultures & Crucial Dimensions 

Josh is the General Manager of Crucial Dimensions for Australia and New Zealand, where he helps organisations build safer, more engaged, and higher-performing workplaces through evidence-based training and technology. He oversees programs such as Crucial Conversations®, Crucial Accountability®, and Getting Things Done®, equipping leaders and teams with the skills to communicate effectively and drive measurable outcomes.

Josh is also a co-founder of Chaos Cultures, developing practical tools like culture diagnostics and dialogue trackers to help organisations see and shift their culture. With a career spanning leadership roles across technology, consulting, and people development, he is passionate about creating psychologically safe environments where people and organisations can thrive.
