In this webinar, Gina Brooks and David Bryson are joined by Dr Joep van Agteren to discuss a problem with which 20% of the Australians population struggles in silence.

Quietly showing up while emotionally checked out is the lived reality for many Australians experiencing languishing: a state of low wellbeing that’s impacting morale, motivation and workplace outcomes across the country.

3) how you can go about tackling the problem through your own practice.
