AITD wants to help map out clear, intentional career pathways for practitioners at every stage—and we want to build that roadmap with you.
On Thursday 15 October, AITD is partnering with Collective Intelligence and innovation specialists Big Bloom for The L&D Career Pathways Sprint: a high-energy, 3-hour online problem-solving experience.
What to Expect
This is not a traditional webinar or a slide presentation. There is no pre-work and no sitting on mute. You will work in small collaborative groups, guided by expert facilitators, to turn shared wisdom into practical frameworks.
In three fast-paced hours, you will:
