Reporting to the Learning and Leadership Manager, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and embedding impactful learning and leadership experiences across Anglicare.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to build capability, support leadership growth, and enable people to do the best work of their lives, aligned with Anglicare’s Vision, Mission and Values.

About the role

As the Consultant, Learning & Development NSW, you will play a hands-on role in delivering and coordinating high-quality learning experiences across the region.

From facilitating instructor-led training and supporting leadership programs, to managing learning logistics, stakeholder enquiries and regional communications, this role helps ensure learning is practical, well-executed and embedded in day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with restaurant teams, market leaders and support functions to bring learning initiatives to life and support consistent capability uplift at scale.
