When was the last time you really played?

As adults, and as L&D professionals, it can be easy to become focused on outcomes, deadlines and delivery. Yet play gives us permission to experiment, imagine, explore new possibilities and learn in different ways.

Join us for a playful and powerful evening where you will connect with fellow L&D professionals and rediscover the value of play in keeping your practice fresh, creative and relevant.

Through a hands-on experience with LEGO® Serious Play®, you will learn how play can unlock ideas, encourages participation, sparks conversation and creates new ways of thinking. You will also explore how you might bring some of these ideas into your own learning and facilitation practice.

What’s in store?

Connect: Catch up with industry friends, meet new people and grow your L&D network.

Imagine: Step away from the everyday and give yourself space to think, create and explore.

Play: Get hands on with LEGO® Serious Play® and experience the method for yourself.

Explore: Consider how play, creativity and experimentation could add something new to your own L&D toolkit.

Whether you are a trainer, facilitator, instructional designer, learning leader or simply curious about different approaches to learning, come along and re-learn how to play.

Presenter: Mei-Ling Chin, Delivery lead, coach, facilitator, wearer of many hats at Fairplay LSP

With over 20 years of experience in the creative tech industry — across London, Paris, Asia and now Australia — she brings a global perspective and a firm belief that the best thinking happens when everyone in the room has a voice. She is committed to integrating Lego® Serious Play® and purposeful play into all aspects of her work.

She founded Fair Play LSP on a simple idea: that play is serious business. Using the LEGO® Serious Play® method, Mei-Ling designs and facilitates workshops, team experiences, and event activations that help organisations think more clearly, connect more deeply, and move forward with genuine alignment.

She has a passion to support inclusion in the workplace through Lego® Serious Play®.
