What if learners could practice challenging workplace situations, test different approaches and learn from their decisions—all in a safe environment?

Simulation-based learning places participants inside a realistic scenario where they can make decisions, experience the consequences and reflect on what works. It can create memorable, practical learning—but it isn’t the right solution for every situation.

In this interactive event, you won’t just hear about simulation—you’ll take part in one. We’ll then unpack the experience from two perspectives: first as a learner and then as an L&D professional.

Together, we’ll explore:

• What simulation-based learning is and how it differs from role play
• When simulation can create a powerful learning experience
• When another learning approach may be more effective
• How simulations can support practice, feedback and behaviour change
• Practical ways to incorporate simulation into workplace learning
