Discover the new AITD Capability Framework in an interactive and practical session designed to bring it to life. Michelle Ockers, who was instrumental in shaping the framework, will set the scene about the development of the AITD Capability Framework before participants explore how it can be applied across a range of scenarios such as recruitment, skills audits and learning and development initiatives.

The session is designed for active participation. Through paired and workshop-style deep dive discussions, you’ll have the chance to work directly with the framework, reflect on your own context and share insights with peers. We’ll close with a synthesis of ideas to ensure you leave with clear, practical ways to apply the framework in your own organisation.

  • Gain clarity on the new AITD Capability Framework and why it matters for building capability.
  • See it in action through hands-on activities that show how to apply the framework to real needs like recruitment, skills audits, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Walk away with practical insights you can immediately use in your own workplace.
