What habits do you “have to” change?
What habits do you “want to” change?
What habitual baggage do you carry that might be holding you back?
When might you see only what you want to see, and ignore what you don’t want to see?
We are creatures of habit. Our brains love to conserve valuable energy by running on small subroutines we call habits. Habits can be physical. Habits can be mental, habitual thinking.
Understanding the human brain is key to understanding our behaviour and habits. We look at the basic organising principles, structures and functions of the brain as a foundation to understand our habits and biases.
Using practical whole group and small group activities we will examine the role of the Reticular Activating System (RAS), how it impacts our beliefs, mindsets and habits.
