This AITD Mastermind session creates a structured space for learning and development professionals to collaborate, share experience and explore real challenges together.

Participants will join small groups where each person has the opportunity to bring a current professional challenge to the table. Through facilitated discussion, questioning and shared insights, the group works together to unpack the challenge and generate new ideas and possible approaches.
