Most organisations are full of learning that nobody designed or can see, and the training that is obvious, but nobody remembers! In ‘The Invisible Curriculum’, we explore both sides of this challenge.

We'll help you see the informal, incidental, and social learning already flowing through your workplace every day, and show you how to surface, recognise, and build on it. The next time your organisation does need to shift behaviour or build new capability, you can challenge the instinct to reach for a workshop and help design a framework that bridges the gap between knowing and doing.

Learning doesn't live in the classroom… it lives in the workflows, through the problem solving and in the conversations at the end of the meeting.
