Most organisations are full of learning that nobody designed or can see, and the training that is obvious, but nobody remembers! In ‘The Invisible Curriculum’, we explore both sides of this challenge.

We'll help you see the informal, incidental, and social learning already flowing through your workplace every day, and show you how to surface, recognise, and build on it. The next time your organisation does need to shift behaviour or build new capability, you can challenge the instinct to reach for a workshop and help design a framework that bridges the gap between knowing and doing.

Matthew Auld, Head of Learning and Organisational Development at SkyCity Adelaide, brings deep experience in building people-first learning cultures, lifting leadership capability and embedding practical, peer-led development that reflects the realities of work.

James Baldassarre, Senior Business Analyst at HomeStart, will share an outsider’s perspective on how people, process and technology interact to create the strengths, gaps and informal learning patterns within organisations.
