Beth Hall and Tani Jacobi are experienced organisational development practitioners with over 40 years’ combined experience across capability, coaching, culture and leadership. They have worked across a wide range of sectors and industries, supporting organisations to strengthen performance through practical, evidence-based people strategies. Both are based in Geelong and are passionate about building a strong, connected local learning community. Through this series, they are creating space for practitioners to learn from each other, share what’s working, and elevate practice in the region.
