She is an accoladed leader with over 30 years’ experience in general management, sales and strategy roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Unilever, Pizza Hut, RFG and The LEK Partnership strategy consultancy.
Fiona is a Principal at AcademyGlobal, works with other leading training organisations, and has her direct corporate clients. She has a reputation for designing, developing and facilitating engaging programs for leaders and managers.
From her line management background, Fiona is relentless to ensure the programs deliver the change in skill or behaviour required. Participants love how she brings concepts to life from her extensive work experiences, the highly interactive case studies and how she adapts to suit the cohort’s interests and skill levels. Her programs are founded on neuroscience, adult learning and change management to ensure the training sticks.
Fiona is President of the AITD NSW divisional council and loves networking with colleagues to capture and embed new thinking in education. Fiona holds an MBA and BSc (Hons).
