Jodie enhances organisational capability through learning, development and change while applying psychological safety and human factors.
Jodie is a capability development specialist who integrates advanced psychological, learning and development expertise with experience across the public and private sectors. Her career focus is empowering people and leaders with the knowledge, frameworks, and resources required to embed organisational strategy into effective governance, risk management, and sustainable workforce practices.
Through consultation and collaboration, she designs and delivers location-relevant workplace wellbeing, learning and development initiatives aligned with organisational and workforce needs. Her expertise supporting individuals and leaders through periods of disruption, change, and operational transformation strengthens workforce resilience, engagement, and organisational psychological safety.
Jodie's research thesis on work-related psychosocial hazards underpins her evidence-based approach to staff wellbeing, organisational capability development, and psychosocial risk reduction. A member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) and Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS), she cultivates strategic industry networks and cross-sector partnerships to advance collaboration and professional standards.
