Chemène is the founder and Principal at Blackwater Projects, an independent practice that provides advice, products and services that focus on effective learning that leads to improved performance.
Chemène regularly runs professional development events for facilitators and assessors and has helped numerous organisations design and implement learning experiences that improve on the-job-performance. More than 100 organisations use the learning and assessment materials she has written.
Chemène relies on her network of learning and development professionals to stay up-to-date with the latest insights into adult learning and performance. She is a frequent speaker and master of ceremonies at conferences and special events, including the AITD Conference, which she has MC'd three times.
