About Me
I’m a motivated and committed Learning and Development Specialist with over 16 years’ experience in the government and corporate Adult Vocational Education Training Sector. I have enjoyed building a career developing the skills and knowledge for the future of adult learning; to improve and prepare people for a career pathway, professional development, as well as, ‘what’s next’ in an ever changing work environment.
I’m an expert in developing, managing and implementing learning and development solutions for medium to large enterprises, including, developing and maintaining a learning framework and strategy, to designing, developing and delivering innovative, best practice and relevant accredited and enterprise customised learning solutions; all to improve and cultivate workforce competence.
