Training systems professional with over 35 years of experience in training, operations management, and leadership in the Australian Defence Force and Defence Industry. A broad range of experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training within Defence. Experienced curriculum designer/developer, instructor, with 12 years + experience in delivery for Australian Defence Industry programs. An accomplished and experienced team leader with excellent planning, people management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a demonstrated record of improving organisational performance at the individual and team level.
I have a Bachelor of Training and Development, Diploma of Training Design and Development (TAE50211), Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50111), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110), and qualification in Training Design (Defence Accreditation), amongst other qualifications.
