About Me

Karen is a highly personable Coach and Facilitator with 20 years’ experience in HR, Career Development, Talent Management and Recruitment. During her career, she has delivered a large number of coaching and training programs for employees within private, government and non-for-profit organisations. This has included organisation-wide recruitment and talent development programs.

Karen’s approach to coaching is person-centred and focusses on partnering with her clients achieve the best possible outcomes for their development and goal achievement. Further, she draws on her corporate experience and provides a confidential, supportive environment for individuals to focus on their goals. Karen finds it extremely rewarding to see her clients reach their potential and achieve success.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Macquarie University and is an active member of the Career Development Association (CDAA), Australian Institute of Training & Development (AITD) and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML).

Her specialist training includes Organisational, Career, Narrative and Life Coaching, Mental Health, Advanced Facilitation, Workplace Assessment and Training, Behavioural Assessment, Psychometric Assessment and Recruitment.

Karen is proficient in the delivery of a range of psychometric assessments, including Harrison Assessments, The Motiva, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hudson Tools for Talent and SHL (CEB) Occupational Assessments.

She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and feels privileged to make a positive difference for her clients. In addition, she enjoys applying multi-disciplinary approaches, working with like-minded professionals and is fascinated by the world-of-work.
