About Me
As an educator and leader I have worked within the education, corporate and not-for-profit sectors for over twenty years developing staff capability, implementing sustainable work practices and supporting the development of mutually beneficial community partnerships.
With an in depth understanding of pedagogy and workplace learning I have worked with industry and the education sector to develop workplace learning packages, building workforce capability and enabling staff to deliver on organisational goals, vision and mission supporting clients and students to reach their potential.
With educational experience built on the back of twenty years working in the finance sector culminating in holding the position of Manager and Financial Adviser, I bring a strong understanding of the cost and value of education and the return on investment received; an investment I see as invaluable for a strong economy and for achieving the change in society that is required.
