About Me
Sophie Hampel is the CEO and Co-founder of Inkling and regularly works with global executive and senior leaders to drive 21st century leadership.
Sophie (or Soph as she likes to be called) is passionate about teaching people to access the best version of themselves by digging deep to rewire their thinking and habits; resulting in sustained behaviour change.
She has 10+ years experience as a coach and facilitator of transformational development programs. She is a registered psychologist with a Masters in Organisational Psychology.
