An 18-year career in vocational education has seen me experience all aspects of the sector from teacher to leadership and now content creation. I am passionate about adult learning that meets the needs of the adult, whether that be multimodal, formal, informal or workplace oriented and leadership this is collaborative, connected and visionary.
