Jarrel Rivera
About Me
Jarrel [jahr-əl] is an industry-certified IT trainer, currently working with Box Hill Institute, to deliver training at the Australia Defence Force School of Signals (DFSS). He has been developing and delivering technical courses across various platforms since 2017, backed by decade-long IT experience in various industries. His training portfolio includes Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL, ROBC and nationally-accredited courses.
Jarrel's mission is to promote digital literacy and cyber education, as attested by multiple published online courses in LinkedIn Learning and in his YouTube channel. He is an expert trainer in computer networking, and cybersecurity, even won a Staff Excellence Award for his professional currency and innovation. He is always eager to learn new skills, to share his knowledge, and to collaborate with other IT professionals (MIE Expert community, CompTIA Instructor Network, AISA and AITD)
