Head hunted for my current role in 2011. I have been an integral part of the journey to make the start-up business of KX Pilates an innovative market leading franchise company; highly successful nationwide and internationally.
Through this journey I have achieved success establishing the company’s learning, training, and development department. Steering the vision, strategy, and direction. The focus being on developing an exceptional product, a department of professionals and being adaptable and relevant to other markets.
