Melinda Varley is the Learning and Development Manager at JASANZ. Melinda is responsible for delivering external training and webinars through the JASANZ Academy. Additionally, she plays a key role in the JASANZ Futures Program, a four-month professional development program designed to enhance expertise in conformity assessment, accreditation, and certification for emerging industry experts. Melinda brings extensive experience in strategic business and financial management, human resources and learning and development from her roles in the Government, private enterprise and not-for-profit organisations.
