Trinity Ryan is the founder and director of Crystallise Learning, an independent learning consultancy based in Brisbane.
With a Masters in Instructional and Learning Technologies and over 27 years’ experience in the learning and development field, including working for large organisations such as Accenture Learning and Omni Asia Pacific, Trinity has a unique depth and breadth of knowledge in contemporary instructional design and development.
Since establishing Crystallise Learning in 2008, Trinity has focused on helping individuals and companies produce innovative and transformative learning experiences for their learners. She particularly enjoys upskilling her clients in the design and development process as part of each project.
